SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For shipments outside Monterrey, we ship from Monday to Wednesday to preserve product integrity and prevent packages from being neglected in courier warehouses over the weekends. If you placed your order before 12:00 pm (Central Standard Time - Mexico) on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the same day. If you placed it after 12:00 pm, the order will be shipped the next day. Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

For shipments in Monterrey and its metropolitan area, we ship from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 12:00 pm (Central Standard Time - Mexico) on Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed outside this timeframe or on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Local shipments are made with same-day service; however, they may occasionally be delayed by 1 day due to circumstances beyond our control.

If weather conditions are extremely high at any point along the transit route (35 °C or more), we may cancel your order. We will contact you if we need to delay or cancel your order for any reason.

Please verify that your contact information is correct. If the shipping information you provided is not recognizable by any of our package delivery service providers, we are released from responsibility for incorrect deliveries or packages returned to us. If the package is returned to us or not received by a recipient, you will need to pay for the re-shipment of the package.

Keep in a cool, dry place that does not exceed 22 °C. Do not refrigerate.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of chocolate. If there is any issue with your delivery, we would like to know and will gladly review the case to see if it qualifies for a return.

Please write to us at hola@cunadepiedra.com. We accept returns of non-perishable merchandise; you have 15 days from the delivery of your order. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product, and it must arrive at our facilities in perfect condition.
