This fragrant bitter is made with Mexican cardamom that grows in agroforestry systems under timber trees, cocoa, orange trees, banana trees, and ceibas in the majestic Lacandon Jungle of Chiapas.

We source this magical seed from the rainforest through our friends at Jangala and their network of small producers who work hard to maintain sustainable practices and protect the jungle's biodiversity.
